Créée en 1978, la société fait partie du Groupe BOBET (BMT FINANCES) qui compte également trois autres filiales :

MANULATEX, fabricant de gants en cotte de maille inox,

TERMET SOLEFI, fabricant du pistolet d'abattage "Le Matador".

Established in 1978, the company BOBET MATERIEL is part of the Group BOBET (BMT FINANCES) which includes as well three other subsidiaries : MANULATEX, manufacturer of the stainless steel chainmail glove.
